With over a decade of experience supporting C-suite and board leaders across fintech, healthcare, chemicals, professional services, digital marketing, and academia, Collin is known for architecting practical solutions to complex compliance, risk, and digital transformation challenges.He is the Founder and CEO of Omni Group Consulting (OGC), a boutique cybersecurity and compliance advisory firm specializing in ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other global frameworks. Under Collin’s leadership, OGC has grown into a trusted partner for private equity-backed companies, family businesses, nonprofits, and high-growth startups. Collin advises executive teams on cybersecurity maturity, board-level risk oversight, and compliance strategy, and continues to serve as a fractional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for select clients. OGC’s reputation for high-impact execution and lean operations has led to multiple acquisition inquiries.Collin’s professional foundation was shaped by roles at Protiviti, PwC, and Ernst & Young, where he pioneered industry-specific cybersecurity assurance practices. His passion for education and workforce development has led him to create and scale cybersecurity training programs at the national level—programs that have been deployed at universities including Georgia Tech.Beyond his business ventures, Collin is deeply involved in board governance and community leadership. He serves as the Co-President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Private Directors Association (PDA) and as Co-Chair of PDA’s National Cybersecurity Committee, where he helps develop boardroom cybersecurity fluency across industries. He also sits on PDA’s Compensation Committee and Committee of Committees, helping shape national strategy for board and volunteer engagement.Collin is also the President-Elect of the Georgia Rotary Professional Alliance (GRPA), where he leads efforts to build generational wealth in underserved communities through board service, mentorship, and entrepreneurial advisory programs.
