Provide senior management and executives timely, complete and accurate revenue overview to make inform decision. • Responsible all SOX control and audit requirements related to revenue and AR transactions. • Lead and manage a team of four (two seniors and two staffs). Responsible for their tasks and career development. • Oversee and lead in development of accounting procedures, process and control for key revenue streams for new EPR system (SAP S/4 Hana) that went live on 9/1/2023 • Leaded and implemented efficiency improvement project to reduce month end close days from 4 to 2 with reduced headcount• Leaded and implemented a new accounting process and business structure for a newly acquired business unit. • Leaded a cross-departmental project to help the Company to recover approximately $3M in billable items. • Reduced a $3M dispute claim from the acquirer over a complex two year Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) joint venture agreement to $300K • Unwind and resolve a $3M mixed balance within other AR related to a mix of unapplied cash, rebate receivable, Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) transactions and other transactions to avoid possible audit misstatement. • Resolved a $1.2M of unreconciling item within AR for a special business unit and developed new procedures and processes to prevent similar situations happening in the future. • Developed and standardized a new monthly inventory process for US operation, reduced month end processing time from one week to one day. • Provide assistance in reviewing the quarterly ASC 606 memo.
