Responsibilities was diagnose problems quickly, find solutions through root-cause analysis, and be empowered to take immediate action. Assist and interface with Body, PMI, Quality, Design, and Process Engineering teams to improve work instructions, parts, jigs, tools, and other related components. Also operate and maintain a wide variety of shop tools, power tools, and automotive electrical test equipment. Coach Production Associates and other cross-functional departments on implementation of countermeasures to improve final quality and EOL production process. And perform other EOL related duties as assigned.
