I am currently working at Lenovo as High Performance Computing (HPC) Software Solution Development Architect focused on Lenovo Data Center Group\'s hardware platforms and working with various hardware and software partners to deliver value added solution to our customers. I am the technical owner of all HPC software for Lenovo, including LiCO (Lenovo Intelligent Computing Orchestration. I work with sales team and customers (HPCXXL, customer briefings, customer RFPs) to gather technical requirements and help translate that into work items for the various hardware and software development teams to implement. I lead the HPC development teams to do the technology assessment, technology integration as well as supporting very large technology solution deployments at customer sites (such as CINECA #12 - November 2016 Top500, CINECA #46 - June 2016 Top500). I am also leading Lenovo\'s Open Source efforts with Lenovo\'s participation in OpenHPC and other HPC projects such as xCAT, Confluent, Antilles, Singularity and MPI 4.0 standards through MPI Forum. I help troubleshoot very large HPC installations as I understand MPI applications, HPC fabrics, parallel filesystems and Linux OSes. I am responsible for optimizing Top500 runs for Lenovo clusters as well as tuning HPL on Lenovo HPC compute nodes.
