   SITE MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION PROCESS ENGINEER • Participated in the qualification of onsite contractor an as per Procter and gamble standard including onsite qualification visits. • Plan and allocate lay down areas for onsite contractors. • Review test and inspection plans prepared by the supplier performing any construction project on Procter & gamble site. SITE WELDING ENGINEER • Supervise all fabrication and installation project across Procter and gamble site. • Coordinate welding, fitting, and painting activities on the construction site and ensure that eligible record is taken to prepare as built dossiers. • Assure that welding is done by qualified welders per qualified positions. • Assure that welding is done using qualified procedures and processes. • Assure that welded components are properly examined and inspected per specified method(s). • Assures welders only work with materials & processes, and only in positions for which they have been qualified. • Assures that pressure testing and NDE are conducted, witnessed and recorded, as required by specs, codes and standards. • Assures QA/QC reports are written, as required by specs, codes and standards. Records are maintained for the life of the equipments. • Assures that welding inspected on a regular schedule. • Welding meets the applicable codes & standards. Welding is performed in a safe manner. • Assures that incoming equipments with welded parts are properly inspected. • Assures that materials used in making welds are inspected and welds are stamped as required. • Assures that shop inspections are made and NDE results are reviewed as required. • Assures that filler materials are properly identified and are stored properly.
