I have managed and completed the following projects for CEDA successfully:1. Suncor Sarnia Refinery 2024 Spring Turnaround & Maintenance project worth over $3.5M, and2. Suncor Oakville Terminal Tank 15 Hydro-Demolition project worth over where I:• Coordinated on-site jobs to ensure the scope of work was completed safely and timely as expected by clients, such works included the high-pressure water (HPW) cleaning of heat exchanger tubes and unit fin fans/vessels, and vacuum truck and frac tank support for plant turnaround and maintenance purposes.• Led project cost and schedule performance tracking and presented daily/weekly reports to stakeholders.• Developed process documents for project planning, estimation, and execution.• Ensured that all operators, equipment, and materials needed on-site were adequate, timely, and safely mobilized to the site.• Generated daily labor, equipment, and materials (LEM) sheet & service orders for approval and invoicing.• Worked directly with the CEDA on-site leadership team to determine project needs and provided support.
