ABOUT CHUCK WOLFE

Inspiring Innovation | Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Architect | Startup & SME Growth Specialist | Business Incubation/Acceleration Leader | Founder & Advisor I’m an economic development strategist and serial entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience helping communities build the conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive. My consulting work has taken me to urban and rural regions in 24 states and 10 countries, where I’ve helped design and strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems that support SME formation, innovation, and growth across sectors such as value-added food production, tourism, advanced manufacturing, and high technology.I’ve founded two technology startups, a private incubation/acceleration program, and a non-technology venture. Along the way, I’ve provided hands-on business counseling and financing to minority and disadvantaged entrepreneurs and served as a loan program manager and lead underwriter for state and community-based lending programs.I also teach and speak on topics including business incubation/acceleration, entrepreneurship, loan program design and underwriting, and business retention and expansion. I’ve been a featured speaker at national and international conferences and have contributed to leading NBIA publications, including co-authoring two editions of Best Practices in Action.I remain passionate about building systems, programs, and partnerships that help entrepreneurs succeed and communities grow.
