ABOUT CHUCK SWITZER

Corporate attorney with a broad range of experience. Deep understanding of business law, advanced manufacturing, US and international regulatory schemes (particularly those related to vehicle safety, emissions, and cybersecurity, as well as more general regulations regarding data privacy, materials, international trade, and ESG disclosures), global business operations, government contracting (FAR/DFAR), emerging companies, and venture capital. I am the primary legal support for Allison\'s European operations. I understand business risks and help companies leverage them to grow. My strengths are listening, understanding, patiently working through difficult issues, solving problems quickly, promoting integrity and ethical behavior, and helping business leaders understand risk to help maximize profits. I\'ve practiced law in house since 2017 where I\'ve learned to manage the variety of issues that arise in complex, international, multi-billion dollar, publicly-traded advanced manufacturing companies. Prior to that, I spent eight years in private practice at what is now Faegre Drinker where I practiced corporate law, M&A, startup finance, and business litigation. At Vanderbilt Law School I obtained both a juris doctorate and a Certificate of Law and Business, and I co-founded the Vanderbilt Law Fútbol Club.
