I’m a ServiceNow Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience. I’m currently working at Mindbank as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. I started my career as ServiceNow Business Analyst in 2018 with MB Technology, then Infosys in 2022 as a Technical Business Analyst. It has been a very interesting and exciting career path. My experience has been around the ITSM module in ServiceNow, and I have basic knowledge of other modules GRC, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and CMDB. For some reason, most of my projects have been around the ITSM module which involves Service Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Business Relationship Management, and Demand Management.
