ABOUT CHUCK ORMROD
Chuck was a partner in KPMG Canada’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice and National leader of KPMG Canada’s e-Tax Solutions Group. He lectured globally and was extensively published on e-business, including his advice to the Government of Canada. Chuck dealt with all industries concentrating on software and electronics companies. He used his extensive experience in corporate tax to assist international public and private companies with their diverse taxation issues in respect of reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property migration, cross-border financings, and debt restructurings.Chuck sat on the Board of the KPMG Foundation and acted as Executive Partner at KPMG for the University of Waterloo. He continues to sit on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Taxation in a Global Economy at Waterloo.
