I have a great appreciation in getting to meet clients face to face, see their workshops, and truly understand their needs and methods. Being exposed to the Best Practices from leading companies throughout the world.Witnessing numerous clients operating across diverse industries, spanning from International OEMs to Repair Centers in regions such as North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, offers valuable insights into successful best practices adaptable to various scenarios. Some clients entrust me with the task of conceptualizing and installing comprehensive equipment lines for repairing traction motors and producing coils. I have had the privilege of spearheading the design and construction of coil manufacturing lines for clients in the United States, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Russia, and Kazakhstan, among others, along with establishing traction motor repair facilities in Colombia, Korea, Indonesia, Bulgaria, and Egypt. Witnessing the first finished product roll off the line in a new facility is an incredibly fulfilling experience.
