Our team excels in deploying sophisticated tools like Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, VMWare Workspace ONE, Jamf, and Microsoft\'s Defender suite to ensure optimal client infrastructure.The transition from hands-on technical work to leadership was fueled by a desire to amplify impact and drive industry-leading practices. In my current role, I\'m not just responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions, but also for the fiscal health and expansion of our practice. I oversee revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction, aligning our strategic goals with CDW\'s growth and vision.
