I am a pharmaceutical research scientist that thrives in environments where I can collaborate with with other scientists and clinicians to create new biomedical advances that benefit patients. My strengths are optimizing ADME properties (+ working with chemistry and CMC), drug metabolism and biotransformation, pharmacokinetics, PK/PD analysis, machine learning models for ADME assays, enzymology, and bioanalysis. I have extensive experience providing project teams with DMPK guidance, managing scientists, managing CROs and outsourcing budgets, and have provided PBPK and IND support to advance small molecules into clinical trials. Recently, I have also supported the pre-clinical development of siRNA.
