I have been providing business valuation and consulting services to my clients for over a decade. I specialize in business valuation and transaction consulting. Purposes include merger and acquisitions, buy/sell transactions, succession or exit planning, charitable giving, ESOPs, and gift and estate tax planning. I have over a decade of experience related to fair value for financial reporting - stock compensation (options, profit interests, etc.), purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, and indefinite-lived intangibles, ASC 718, ASC 805, and ASC 350/360, respectively.
