As a Relationship Manager in the Home Builder Division, I am tasked with providing a wide array of products and services to residential builders and developers in the Middle Tennessee market. Our various construction loan products provide the means for builders and developers to finance the construction of 1-4 single family homes and townhomes (Specs, Pre-Sales and Models) and the acquisition of lots to replenish consumed inventory. We were also able to finance the acquisition and development (A&D) of raw land into developed lot subdivisions for use and/or for sale to other builders to construct single family homes on for sale to third parties. Currently seeking new business with professional homebuilders and residential lot developers of all sizes that are operating within the Nashville MSA (Middle TN area) and also in the Chattanooga, TN and Huntsville, AL areas as well.
