   Led a group of designers and engineers in designing and validating new products for customers. Met with client\'s engineers on a regular basis to review project status, mitigate risk, reduce development time, and manage client expectations. Worked closely with the customer, sales, procurement, and test lab to define the project scope, project schedule, project cost, project resources, project quality plan, project risk, project milestones, and project closure. Developed a commodity packer family in two years. This packer family generated $10M in sales for our client in the first two years. Redesigned a client\'s patented product to achieve product test verification. Reengineered the product’s hydraulic fluid systems and resolved the problem. The product passed customer requirements testing, Applied for a new patent on the product. Designed and implemented the use of a standard test fixture for packers and eliminated the need to create a unique test fixture for each product test.
