I lead corporate FP & A, treasury, and risk management at Hanger, a national healthcare services company operating at multibillion-dollar scale. I work closely with the CEO, CFO, board, and private equity sponsor on capital strategy, M&A, and value creation initiatives, including IPO readiness and sponsor exit planning.Highlights include refinancing a leveraged buyout to reduce annual interest expense by $40M and free $250M+ for acquisitions, leading diligence and integration of strategic acquisitions, and sponsoring enterprise-wide ERP and technology initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability. Earlier, I served as divisional CFO for the Products & Services segment ($200M P&L), where I directed a 60-person finance and accounting team, introduced profitability metrics, and shaped portfolio and supply chain decisions that improved margins and performance.I also built and mentored high-performing finance teams known for loyalty and low turnover, instilling transparent expectations and a culture of accountability. My team’s efforts were central in restoring the company’s standing as a public filer, remediating material weaknesses, establishing SOX compliance, and enabling Hanger’s relisting on the NYSE in 2018.
