I am a dedicated Real Estate Broker, agent coach, and trainer passionate about guiding and empowering both new and seasoned real estate agents to navigate and thrive in today’s dynamic market. I focus on training, mentoring, and encouraging agents to achieve their professional goals.Community involvement is at the heart of who I am. As Past President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® SCV Network, I had the privilege of leading our network through the challenges of the pandemic and achieving official Network Certification from the National Women’s Council of REALTORS®.I’ve held leadership roles across several chambers, including serving as Director and Treasurer for the Quartz Hill Chamber of Commerce, and maintaining active membership with the Lancaster, Palmdale, Antelope Valley Hispanic, and Acton/Agua Dulce Chambers of Commerce.Beyond real estate, I’m committed to service through organizations such as the Masonic Lodge, Order of the Eastern Star (a proud family tradition), Mental Health America LA’s Advisory Committee, Rotary, Toastmasters, and the Antelope Valley Professionals Plus Networking Group. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Valley Oasis, supporting those impacted by homelessness and domestic violence. I also support children’s charities in the Antelope Valley through events like Thunder on the Lot and Gracefest AV.With a diverse professional background, I’ve owned and managed small businesses, worked on the assembly line at GM in Van Nuys, and served as a substitute teacher for grades K-12. I am also a frequent speaker for community organizations and professional groups, including CUPS, Chambers of Commerce, and Network Referral groups.Outside of real estate and community service, I have a passion for motorsports.
