ABOUT CHUCK PARSONS

As a determined and results driven Senior Administrator with 15+ years of success developing and guiding payor and care delivery strategies in the Healthcare industry, I am well prepared to leverage my expertise and creative problem solving skills to meeting the leadership challenges of a contemporary healthcare service provider. My track record of producing positive results is well established. Over my career, I have built a distinctive reputation as a highly resourceful leader, role-model, and mentor. Colleagues and peers find me to be a mature and intelligent leader that employs friendly sense of humor and active listening skills to cultivate an atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie. This, coupled with an ability to anticipate needs and resolve problems in early stages, has earned me status as a highly resourceful and productive organizer. When not at work I enjoy I am an avid mountain biker, and cyclocross and gravel bike racer. I not only enjoy participating in the sport, but also volunteering as a coaching and mentoring to others. Beyond cycling, I am a published travel and action sports photographer. My family and I are active travelers within the United States and beyond, and frequently seek out new opportunities and adventures.
