Developed and implemented a comprehensive hospital-wide strategy to reinforce our status as the nation\'s leading spinal cord and brain injury hospital. This involved extensive coordination with board members, executive leadership, and hospital staff, ensuring alignment and commitment across all levels. This strategy was critical in the development and approval of a 10-year,$250 million campus redesign- Facilitated development of strategically critical programs such as the CORE curriculum (Craig Overview of Rehabilitation Elements) and a redesign of Craig\'s Outpatient Program strategy. In partnering with clinical leaders, these programs were developed to further optimize both the clinical efficacy of our model as well as access to it- Led multi-disciplinary teams focused on reinforcing hospital relationships, strategic partnerships, developing Craig\'s digital strategy, refining its data and analytics strategy, and fostering an innovation mindset. These efforts redesigned our business operations reporting processes, created a partnership framework, and developed a focus on idea generation, technology incorporation, and consumer experience.
