Project Management Oversite of License Renewal Implementation for Aging Management Programs (AMP) development. Assistance in creation of Feasibility studies to support development of different programs. As well as, Project Management oversite of the Implementation including writing scopes of work for vendors, Contracts, Business Plans, Planning, Scheduling, and performing Contract Technical Coordinator (CTC) duties for vendors. Directly responsible for a budget of $52 million which is spread over a multi-year business plan. Directly involved in the development of NDE processes for inspection of the Aluminum Bronze De-alloying, that have initially saved the station ~$19 million in overall project costs.Project Management Oversite of the 24-Month Fuel Cycle Transition with Westinghouse. Creation of the project Business Plan, Revision of Surveillances, Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Procedures. Working with STP engineering groups to obtain the required Data Inputs for Westinghouse to perform the proper Analysis. Working with Nuclear Fuels group to ensure the Spent Fuel Pool Critically Analysis and the proper fuel shuffles are performed, necessary to transition into the 24-Month Fuel Cycle.Project Management Oversite of a multi-year Aluminum Bronze piping replacement. Working with STP Design Engineering group for the proper Engineering Changes to support the replacements. Consisting of Scope of work, Contracts, Project Plans, Budget, Initial planning, T-Week scheduling, and overall Implementation of the replacement. Project Management Oversite of the Aluminum Bronze Essential Cooling Water (ECW) Buried Pipe Coating project, as well as the oversite for the Long-Term Asset Management (LTAM) for the station pertaining to the Aluminum Bronze Buried Pipe Erosion issues.
