Started as a file clerk at an insurance company out of high school and have worked in all areas of the industry ever since. Have developed numerous profitable insurance, reinsurance and group association programs nationwide. Programs included traditional insurance platforms as well as many loss sensitive solutions including captives, large deductibles and SIG\'s, across a broad scope of coverage\'s and industries. Started my own underwriting companies from scratch and built them into leading national organizations.A proven leader with high emotional intelligence who is problem solver and mentor. Strong ability to maximize efficiencies and generate profitable results while having fun in the process. A dedicated team player with strong analytical skills who is detail oriented, seasoned, dependable, able to influence and persuade both internal and external people with a high degree of integrity and strong business ethics. I enjoy all things outdoors and love to be on the water with a fly rod in my hand.
