Chuck Henschel, L&B Senior Project Manager – 31 years of experience - Mr. Henschel is Senior Managing Consultant for Landrum & Brown, currently working on various airport planning and design initiatives at O’Hare International Airport. Current projects include the O’Hare International Airport Independent Consultants Facilities Review & Inspection, the recently completed O’Hare Airport Maintenance Complex (AMC) expansion plan and several domestic and international terminal passenger studies for Customs and Border Protection as well as TSA Security Screening Checkpoint planning. Mr. Henschel\'s previous experience includes 7 years as Vice-President, Airport Investment and Development at Center Point Properties Trust, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), developing more than 1.6 million square feet of airport related capital projects, including facilities for the U.S. Air Marshalls, the City of Chicago, O’Hare Airport building trades, as well as domestic and international airline cargo buildings. Mr. Henschel also spent 10 years at United Airlines, in Corporate Real Estate, where he was responsible for properties and facilities at the airline’s main hub and headquarters at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and other U.S. airports.
