As a military veteran with a distinguished record of service, I am actively seeking leadership roles in the Department of Defense within the intelligence field, or management positions where a goal-driven, results-oriented individual is valued. I have a proven track record of excelling in my roles, which is reflected throughout my profile.My military experience includes serving as a military police officer with the United States National Intelligence Center (USNIC) in Sarajevo, Bosnia, and as an Intelligence Analyst with the 38th Combat Aviation Brigade in Iraq, where I had the privilege of working alongside leaders like Gen. Odierno. These experiences sharpened my leadership, teamwork, and accountability skills, providing me with a unique perspective on driving success within organizations.Currently, I serve as a Quality Specialist at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, where I lead meetings with officers and senior managers in both the U.S. and Japan to resolve quality concerns and implement effective solutions. I work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address challenges, facilitate the implementation of Standard Work, ISO Standards, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies, all while educating Associates and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards across the organization.While pursuing my degree full-time at Purdue University, I am proud to maintain a 4.0 GPA, balancing academic excellence with my professional and leadership responsibilities.
