About Chuck Griggs

With over 20 years of experience in engineering and management, I am a director of franchise product management at General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS), a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and supporting land combat vehicles. In this role, I oversee the engineering execution within cost and schedule constraints for U.S. operations, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and innovation of our products and services. I also led the OMFV proposal team, which successfully submitted a competitive bid for the U.S. Army\'s next-generation infantry fighting vehicle program. Prior to that, I managed the design and development of engineering solutions for the U.S. market, delivering high-performance and cost-effective systems for our customers and partners. My skills include project development, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and electrical, mechanical and nuclear engineering, which I acquired through my education and training at Oklahoma State University, Penn State University, and the Naval Nuclear Power School. I am passionate about leadership while advancing the field of engineering and contributing to the mission of GDLS, which is to provide superior land combat capabilities and services to our allies and protectors.
