For example, in my role with Volvo Trucks North America, I replaced over 85% of the workforce I started with, most of whom retired. My new teams learned the new processes and systems that had been introduced over the last four years, resulting in the department KPIs getting significantly better with time to turn around pricing requests reduced by 35%. I put together a small team of engineers who developed a right-hand steer solution the company needed to sell trucks to refuge collection companies. We created a working prototype in 10 months that cost less than $100K. This product has allowed us to have a more complete product offering in this industry thus allowing Volvo to sell more of our standard products to this industry. Some of the additional types of accomplishments I can bring to your company include: I created the design and implemented the solution for an orthotic company that gave them distinct time and quality advantage over its competitors by reducing sale to delivery time by 75%. I spearheaded a $6M project to completely automate a magnetic iron oxide processing plant that resulted in a 90% reduction of human operators.
