ABOUT CHUCK FOLZENLOGEN
After 42 years at ADSCO Companies and having worked my way up from stocking shelves to delivery driver, salesman, sales manager, partner to owner, I found myself hitting the wall and in need of fresh ideas and motivation. I made the best decision of my career when I hired my GM and saw in him the forward thinking ideas and drive the company needed, so I made him my partner and company President. That allowed me to step away from the day to day. Recently we brought on my daughter, who had been our office manager for 8 years, as Vice President and I made the decision to retire and remain as an investor in the company where I spent my entire 42 year career. When I reflect back on my career at ADSCO and the success the company has experienced, I would have to say the key was hiring great people, working as a team, and not micromanaging our personnel. ADSCO is in great hands with a long term growth strategy in place. If you work in the automotive industry and have a dedicated salesperson, I would challenge you to ask them what more they can be doing to help your dealership become more profitable. They\'ll have the answer! If you don\'t currently work with ADSCO, you should invest some time in looking at what they have to offer your organization, This company is on the move! In closing, I would like to thank all the great people and organizations that I had the opportunity to work with and service over the years.
