As the CEO of Triton Construction Group, I lead a team of professionals who have been serving the Southeastern United States in commercial construction for over 50 years. Our company handles all phases of commercial construction for various clients, including convenience stores, oil companies, restaurants, and retail chains. I am proud to continue my family\'s legacy as an industry-leading commercial construction company.With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I have developed strong skills in new business development, project coordination, and cross-functional team building. I hold multiple certifications from the state of Florida, including General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, Plumbing Contractor and Petroleum Contractor. My goal is to provide exceptional quality and service to our clients, while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our employees and partners.

Today, Triton Construction Group handles all phases of commercial construction for convenience stores, oil companies, restaurants and retail chains like Applebee’s, Chevron, Circle K, Hardee’s, Parker\'s Kitchen, Pilot Flying J, RaceTrac, 7-Eleven, Speedway, Taco Bell, and Wawa Inc.As CEO of Triton Construction Group, I am not only proud to serve the Southeastern United States in commercial construction, but I take greater pride in having the privilege to continue my family’s legacy as an industry-leading commercial construction company. My responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Triton Construction Group include, but are not limited to- Setting up measurable standards of performance for each department, measure that performance against established goals- In conjunction with staff, establishing companywide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations- Displaying the highest level of organizational and communication skills- Being thoroughly versed in the operations of a fully integrated construction company, general contractor and petroleum construction firm- Having a solid background in operations and sales- Clearly communicating the company’s status and direction to staff, owners and partners- Managing direct reports, including Annual Performance Reviews, periodic reviews of progress toward annual goals. Establishment of annual performance goals of any direct reports with Senior Project Manager- Being able to train, instruct and mentor members of the team in various methods and techniques that will enhance the team and company performance.
