I am a multi-disciplinary Project Manager driven by client understanding and service. My experience includes; CEQA/NEPA documentation, wetland/riparian impact permitting (404, 401, 1600 series), environmental compliance monitoring, sustainability, endangered species permitting (Section 7 and habitat plans), hazardous waste assessments, stormwater management, water quality assessments, and managing many technical subconsultants. My diverse background allows me to anticipate project hurdles and develop effective strategies to meet project expectations. As a Project Manager and CEQA/NEPA practictioner, I’ve developed skills in:• Managing development of Project Descriptions to allow initiation of required technical reports without having significant changes at a later date• Proposing effective mitigation measures based on experience monitoring environmental compliance during construction• Preparing legally-defensible documents based on current legislation and court decisions• Completing effective document editing to ensure techincally accurate documents are submitted to regulators, or released to the public• Preparing effective outreach materials for website posting and/or public meetings• Preparing separate CEQA and NEPA documents, when appropriate, to meet lead agency timelines and expectations• Shortening client review and document editing in order to limit multiple iterations of response to internal comments• Ability to develop technical reports in selected subject area when necessary and appropriate.Thanks for viewing my profile.
