Serve as the primary contact for below-the-line legal matters across global motion picture productions.• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of production agreements, including location, equipment, vendor, aviation, drone, watercraft, and costume/prop rentals and other production legal agreements, ensuring compliance with studio policies and industry standards.• Collaborate closely with executives, producers, finance, labor relations, and risk management teams to resolve legal issues and maintain alignment.• Manage the execution, distribution, and tracking of all agreements, maintaining a comprehensive contract library and status reports for multiple projects worldwide.• Provide daily legal guidance to production teams, achieving consistent on-time execution and regulatory compliance.
