Chuck Buchter is a mortgage professional with over thirty years of experience in retail, wholesale and correspondent origination and management. Over the years Chuck has worked with several national lenders as well as co-founded several retail origination companies, all with a focus on his passion for top quality customer service. As mortgage department manager of a community bank he developed a wholesale and correspondent lending division designed to accommodate local mortgage brokers and lenders in offering portfolio loan programs to customers requiring special needs. The success of this program helped grow the bank to become an attractive acquisition by a larger bank which continued and expanded the channel on a multi-state level. Chuck learned the value of quality customer service in his first position out of college. His dedication to satisfying his customers’ needs helped him become the top producing loan officer at a 72 branch bank. He believes that doing everything you can to help your customers, whether individuals or corporations, you have planted the seeds for lasting business relationships.
