About Chuck Bolliger

Chuck Bolliger is an Assurance partner in PwC\'s Charlotte, NC office. In this role, Chuck leads audits primarily of consumer and industrial products companies throughout the Carolinas market. He provides his clients with advice on complex matters including capital market transactions, business combinations, divestitures, revenue recognition, internal control over financial reporting and regulatory filings. His experiences include working with both multinational and local companies in US GAAP and SEC reporting environments. Chuck also has experience working with clients that utilize a variety of ERP systems. Earlier in his career, Chuck spent two years working in PwC\'s National Office where he concentrated on regulatory and audit quality matters. In this role, Chuck advised clients and engagement teams on the application of US GAAS and provided support regarding the implementation, application, and development of auditing policies and standards that resulted in effective and efficient audits. Chuck graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte.
