About Chuck Bainey
Chuck started as a laborer for The Bainey Group when he was 14 years old and began his career as a Project Manager after college. Working with his father and founder, Brad Bainey, Chuck became President in 2011. In 2016 Chuck became CEO and purchased the remainder of the business. Now, 24 years later Chuck is the second generation owner of this family business that has navigated its way through many industry downturns and managed healthy growth through our industry’s upturns.As CEO & President, Chuck’s passion to aim for complete customer satisfaction is now fulfilled by focusing his energy to support his amazing Team of Employees. This contagious energy fuels his Team to stay eager to please its diverse portfolio of clients, while also motivating them to build new relationships. Chuck’s other business passions include, responsible business management, business ethics, team building, core values, and quality of life. Chuck enjoys spending 80% of his time trying to create an environment that employees never want to leave, and creating a team that its clients only want to work with! When Chuck is not working he enjoys family time in whatever way he can find it. With his 14-year-old daughter extremely active in school, choir, and dance and his 11-year-old son very active in school, hockey, lacrosse, and football, he and his wife Meredith find most their family time at a school, dance competitions, ice rinks, and fields!
