I enjoy working with corporations big and small helping them diversify and augment their talent programs with high quality Junior Officers/Veterans. I spend a lot of my time working with our Alumni, learning from them while also trying to help them navigate career choices. It\'s been incredible over the last 20+ years watching how many former JMOs have grown into senior leadership levels of corporations all over the globe. When not working, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, playing golf/tennis, and tinkering with airplanes.
