   Initiated and leading a team of a cost management product for gaming publishing overseas, with two product managers and five developers, leading the functioning process on charter, recruitment, business requirements analysis, high-level design, PRD design and review, agile methodological project management and product operations. • Delivered pricing and quotation rules to the service product, based on the costs to different types of labors related. • Implementing more than 50 games publishment cost online from manual works, setting up across business process and designing features like project managements, service items and catalog management, configuration and pricing, budget and billing, financial board etc. • Initiated and led teams of sales project fulfillment management products for enterprise-oriented business (e.g Tencent cloud), recruiting two product managers and eight developers, leading the product roadmap design, PRD design and review etc. • Implemented over 300 projects and over 200 sales contracts per month fulfillment online from isolated spreadsheets, to present an end-to-end process for management teams, on contract review, contract analysis and financial perspectives. • Board member of business managerial requirement team for enterprise-oriented business, reviewing three to five requirements and IT solutions on average weekly. • Technical project manager for gaming publishing overseas with one game published globally, and one under development.
