Processing of project documentation in Fugro’s SharePoint web-based document collaboration platform Configuration of Fugro’s SharePoint platform by adding document libraries, and developing shared storage space and backup procedures. Ensuring that the use of a SharePoint platform is in accordance with Fugro document control process and Client requirements and expectations for Client issued documents and data and information that is issued by the Client or other 3rd parties to Fugro. Maintaining and creating a shared storage space for files. Under the direction of the Project Manager, contributing to the records-management of SharePoint content. Supporting and maintaining Fugro’s Document Management System. Monitoring compliance with document control processes and implementation of corrective actions. Liaising with clients, vendors and third-party companies as required. Preparation of transmittals and issuing documents electronically. Processing documents received under transmittal – receiving, registering, distributing appropriately.
