Ongoing project for the Vice-President of Operational Excellence and Strategy:Extensive research and analysis of operational activities on construction sites.A questionnaire was administered to 554 participants to analyze operational activities carried out on construction projects (Building and Civil/Infrastructure).More than hours of work were compiled, and 4,589 comments were analyzed. Interviews and observations are the next step coming.Objectives of this project- Gain a precise understanding of the current distribution of activities according to roles (managers/superintendents), identify pain points and individual needs in order to develop strategies for the future of work- Evaluate the tools, training, and communications supporting operational needs and to identify strategies to improve their alignment with those needs- Identify strategies to reduce the phenomenon of \"context switching\" due to the growing hybrid (physical/digital) work model- Establish an ideal map of the digital ecosystem for on-site operations and identify strategies to increase technology adoption (the right technology, at the right time, in the right hands).
