My role covered technical leadership, cloud architecture, hiring, mentoring, and hands-on product delivery for both backend and frontend- Built the cloud platform, including backend APIs, storage logic, efficient database architecture and web application- Designed and implemented AI features for file search, organization, and metadata extraction, enhancing user experience and creative workflows- Oversaw technical hiring, onboarding, and engineering standards through documentation- Set up Agile processes with Jira, Slack, and GitHub Actions for project management and team collaboration- Worked closely with our head of design and consultants to deliver features from prototype to production- Mentored junior engineers and interns, providing code reviews and guidance- Maintained a focus on product quality, uptime, and data security- Drove security and compliance initiatives, including preparing our AWS environment and internal processes for SOC 2 readiness.
