Reporting into both HQ Kao ESG Division and Kao USA Corporate Affairs Team, I am functioning in two concurrent roles. As the AEMEA (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa) ESG Leader, I aim to build connections between our different business regions/sectors and Global strategies and activities. Creating new paths for collaboration amongst our different business sectors that position their unique strengths to support Kao\'s global vision of more Kirei Lives. Also functioning as Americas Region ESG (Environmental Social Governance) Manager, my dual roles aid in planning and developing pan-regional engagement, education and communications that improve Kao corporate awareness and integration of ESG into all employees’ work. Promote and facilitate efforts in sustainability and corporate citizenship with a focus on corporate policy, communications and operations.
