I stumbled into a higher ed \"job\" more than 15 years ago. I now have a student affairs career that challenges me daily, sparks my passion, and lets me serve and support others on their journeys of self-discovery, exploration, and expression. I am solutions oriented; I won\'t bring you a problem that doesn\'t have at least one potential resolution. I believe a person\'s story is more important than any statistic. I view change as an opportunity, and innovation as a necessity. I lead with inspiration, not intimidation, and prioritize people over product when it comes to my teams. We can always do better. We can always be better. Perfection is a journey, not a destination. I have learned from both failures and successes. I am talented. I am skilled. And I am still growing, progressing, and becoming.
