From 2012, I have served as the Chief Executive Officer and Product Manager of Inspire Software Solutions, LLC. At Inspire, we help people in businesses achieve organizational excellence and winning cultures through strategy execution, continuous performance management and applied leadership development. I created Inspire Software while working as CEO of a large business called InnovaSystems where we transformed our culture from flat growth and mediocre engagement in 2012 to doubling our revenue and winning best places to work every year from 20••••22. We invested heavily in developing our people through great products from FranlinCovey, Ken Blanchard Companies, Leadership Genius, Mojo Moments, OKRsTraining.com and LinkedIn Learning which we continue to do with our employees and clients today.From 1997 to 2022, I served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Managing member of InnovaSystems International, LLC. InnovaSystems provides leading-edge technology solutions for military readiness and national preparedness. My portfolio includes products and services for OSD (DRRS), Joint Staff (GFM), numerous Navy systems (DRRS-N, TRMS, NTIMS, ADW/SHARP, NRAS), Marines (M-SHARP), Air Force (DRRS), Army (ATIS) and DHS (NPS).I planned and directed all aspects of InnovaSystems’ policies, objectives and initiatives. I worked on an Enterprise Architecture initiative which provided quality data and application integration across all products in the company as well as external systems. Another major initiative that I was intimately involved in was the implementation of the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) using the agile development methodology of the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and Scrum, ultimately becoming a Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and leader of other PSPO’s and executives for my last 5 years at Innova.From 19••••97, I was the chief architect and development manager for the Navy’s TYCOM Readiness Management Systems (TRMS). During this time, the application transitioned from a ship-level casualty reporting and tracking tool to a total integrated readiness system for all Navy.Prior to joining the TRMS project team, I programmed on numerous military management information systems with Lockheed, Boeing and EG & G for the Army and Marines. I received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Michigan Technological University in 1989 and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego in May of 2008.
