My passions are growth, people, and making a difference in the lives of others. Throughout my career, every leader I\'ve worked with has had one thing in common - they all wanted to get their organization somewhere else; they wanted to be bigger, better, faster, stronger. To accomplish that, they need great people who do great work. As Jim Collins put it in Good to Great, they need the right people on the bus, in the right seats. Sadly, most of the time companies fail at this. Research shows 50% of new hires fail and 70% of the workforce is disengaged.
