   Leads a strategic consulting team providing development and implementation of mission-critical governance, policies, and standards to streamline and optimize delivery and operations across a multi-vendor program management office. The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s) Grants Management Modernization (GMM) office is responsible for delivering, operationalizing, and maintaining the FEMA Grants Outcomes (GO) system that supports the future of FEMA’s grants management mission. Against the backdrop of ongoing federal government re-organization and change, and as FEMA GO continues to be modernized and improved, GMM needs a clear direction to optimize and improve the delivery of the FEMA GO product within the larger multi-vendor development environment. Our team provides the technical and management expertise to define and enact new governance and policies that will modernize the operations of the PMO and move the organization into the future. • Helped OneGlobe win a multi-million-dollar contract with FEMA to provide program governance and policy consulting, through direct proposal input, solution presentation, and subsequent team kickoff and solution delivery. • Manage ongoing alignment with several key stakeholders throughout the PMO to prioritize and deliver high-priority strategic guidance that meets all groups’ needs. • Identified several areas of opportunity for improving the functioning of the overall PMO. Delivered effective governance and policy documents to optimize the federal operations in these areas. • Effectively led the start and ongoing management of a new GMM steering committee and a scrum of scrums forum to improve and support alignment across multiple sub-organizations and vendors. • Successfully drafted and implemented several new governance policies on behalf of the client, improving communication, coordination, and optimizing PMO functions and technical standards for the program.
