As Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Revenue at RouteSmart Technologies, now a FedEx company, I lead our strategic direction in vehicle route optimization software technology. My commitment remains steadfast: helping customers in the newspaper, postal/parcel delivery/local services, public works, and utilities industries overcome their complex routing challenges with innovative solutions.The recent acquisition of RouteSmart by FedEx marks an exciting new chapter for our organization and represents a tremendous opportunity for all stakeholders. With FedEx\'s strategic backing, we now have unmatched resources to not only ensure business continuity for our valued existing clients but to significantly expand our reach and competitiveness in the marketplace.While my title has evolved, my vision for RouteSmart has remained consistent throughout my tenure. For years, I have been privileged to set business strategy for our organization, working alongside our exceptional team to execute it. Now, as part of the FedEx family, I have access to additional resources that allow us to not just envision expansion but to actively pursue and achieve it.My professional journey began with an early fascination with maps and meteorology, which naturally led to my education in cartography and geography. This foundation, combined with my experience in geographic technology and business strategy, has provided me with a unique perspective that continues to inform how I drive results for our customers and our organization. Today, this triumvirate of knowledge serves as the cornerstone for our expanded vision under FedEx\'s guidance—creating even more powerful solutions for the complex routing challenges of tomorrow.
