ABOUT CHRISTOPHER WHITE
I am a Computer Science student specialising in Artificial Intelligence at Royal Holloway, and this summer I will be joining P&G as an IT Intern as part of my Year in Industry. Alongside my studies, I work as an AI Researcher within the Vehicle Security Operations Centre, developing machine learning models for time-series power trace analysis, exploring feature extraction, segmentation, Random Forests, CNNs, and model interpretability in security-critical systems.I enjoy building practical, impact driven projects that bridge research and application. Notably, I developed Helping Hand, an award winning AI visual game assistant at a hackathon, and I regularly take part in hackathons where I focus on rapid prototyping, problem-solving, and integrating AI into user facing applications. My projects often combine research insights with hands-on implementation, emphasising both technical depth and real world usability.Outside of technology, I value teamwork and discipline, both through competitive hackathons and as a member of the Royal Holloway Badminton team, as well as staying active in the gym. I am also a Bright Network Event Ambassador, helping fellow students navigate internships and career opportunities. So if you are looking for guidance on internships or applications, feel free to message me and connect.
