ABOUT CHRIS WHITE
I’m a highly versatile commercial finance executive with 20-years senior leadership experience in entrepreneurial brand-driven manufacturing companies. With a mix of finance partnering and digital process automation, my career focus has been to help business leaders transform their data into information, identify targets, and deliver on them.In addition to senior roles at Galagher, adidas, FarmChamps, the disruptive Synlait Milk and iconic New Zealand FMCG brand Cookie Time, I have served in governance roles at Cookie Time and as a founding trustee of the single-parent family charity, Birthright Canterbury Trust. As an avid life-long learner, I have focused on development of leadership skills along with a technical skillset in financial planning & analysis. My roles have helped me develop a well-rounded business understanding with various projects in and responsibilities for financial planning & analysis, governance, integrated business planning (IBP / S & OP), manufacturing, marketing, sales, and information & communications technology matters. In a capstone piece of work I completed my MBA in a dual degree at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and Durham University in 2023 with a focus on the capabilities needed by a modern finance team.
