   Golf Club Engineer, promoted from Development & Test Engineer in 2005 - Designing golf clubs from concept to final product (iron sets, wedges, putters, hybrids, shafts, etc.)- Working directly with vendors in China, Taiwan, and Japan for production and construction of equipment - Developing and patenting numerous ideas from club construction concepts to fitting tools and systems - Interacting directly with PGA Tour staff as a fitter as well as on enhancing and testing of new products - Running state-of-the-art test center for competitor and prototype evaluation (ShotRobo IV, TrackMan, Phantom, etc.)- Operating state-of-the-art laboratory for static measurements of heads, shafts, clubs, etc- Organizing, conducting, and participating in player testing of competitor and prototype clubs - Assembling, bending, and specing out of all prototype clubs
