Global HR Operations Specialist will focus on the day-to-day operations within the HR function such as Policy & Process Design, Front-line Employee Support & Employee Communications. This role will focus on working jointly with HRBP’s & Key Leadership in designing initiatives to build stronger centralized HR capabilities that support the global organization efficiently. Primary Responsibilities: • Interprets & communicates company philosophies, processes, policies, & capabilities to department management & employees. • Analyzes current processes, policies, & workflows across the full employee lifecycle, identifies & recommends opportunities for improvement & ensure global compliance. • Follows up with applicable parties as appropriate, & completing & processing appropriate documentation, ensuring compliance to changing regulations in domestic & international matters. • As a subject matter expert, administers all Human Resources policies/procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws & regulations. • Researches inconsistencies in paperwork to ensure proper data is entered. Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities & manages daily file feeds between systems to process transactions such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc. • Collects, prepares, retrieves, & maintains a variety of highly confidential employment related Human Resource records. • Develop & maintain effective communication strategies to drive employee awareness & understanding. • Maintains a clear & detailed knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, & labor legislation. • Responsible for career development/planning, performance & pay discussions of team members. • Partners with all areas of HR. • Works on various research projects & or special projects as assigned.
