Hi there! I’m Christy Uffelman and I’m a reinvention coach and keynote speaker (I prefer the term storyteller). I challenge the status quo, build more courageous and inclusive leaders, maximize across differences, shift mindsets, honor individuals, and work hard. We have a team of coaches who specialize in fostering both horizontal (peer-peer) AND vertical knowledge transfer inside companies (and across industries) to facilitate team building, hi-potential development, and work to elevate Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to actionable networks inside companies, driving mobility and retention for our minority groups. 🤗I am a TEDx speaker (🫣still the single most terrifying thing I’ve ever done in my professional career!), global keynote🤩, and a lifelong student of leadership development. In 2018, I was one of the inaugural 50 global coaches hand-picked by Dr. Brené Brown to bring her Dare to Lead work on courage-building to corporations. Named a Fierce Woman by Huffington Post, I learned my secrets and tricks of the trade by facilitating tens of thousands of leaders in Fortune 500 companies with one hope – to grow people from the inside out. And I developed my PEER Technology® model to do just that.
