With more than 15 years of experience, I help employers design and sustain health plans that truly work for their business and their people. Let\'s be honest, healthcare is complex, fragmented and more expensive than every before. My focus is shifting healthcare from something employers simply purchase to something they manage strategically and proactively. That means using data, analytics, and practical insight to uncover opportunities to improve plan performance, control costs, and drive better outcomes, not just year over year savings, but long-term sustainability. I work closely with employers to understand what they are trying to achieve as a business and what their employees value most. From there, we build programs that align with culture, goals, and growth plans, not one-size-fits-all solutions. At the core of my approach is partnership.
